2. Pre-Check & Diagnostic: We review symptoms/photos and confirm intake. A simple diagnostic fee applies and is credited toward approved repair.

3. Logistics: Ship to our Milwaukee facility or request insured LTL pickup (palletized). For larger/installed rigs, on-site removal is available by arrangement.

4. Approval & Repair: We share findings and an estimate; you approve what you want done.

5. Verification & Return: Functional testing and burn-in; we ship back or deliver via the same insured method.

• Pro laser projectors contain high-power light sources and high-voltage assemblies. Our technicians follow EHS procedures, interlocks, and contamination-control steps; projectors are not user-serviceable.

• We typically avoid work that would compromise safety certifications or sealed optical paths.

• Limited functional 60-day warranty on completed repairs/replaced parts (workmanship only).

Can you repair under manufacturer warranty?

No—this is independent service. For warranty claims, use the OEM network.

Do you sell parts over the counter?

Not at this time.

How do you handle freight?

We can generate insured LTL labels, arrange pickup, and provide packing guidance or cases. For big lots or tricky access, ask about on-site removal.

What if you can’t source a part?

We’ll quote alternatives (factory modules, refurbished assemblies, or buy-out options if you prefer to sell the unit instead).
