3. Logistics: Ship to our Milwaukee facility or request insured LTL pickup (palletized). For larger/installed rigs, on-site removal is available by arrangement.

4. Approval & Repair: We share findings and an estimate; you approve what you want done.

5. Verification & Return: Functional testing and burn-in; we ship back or deliver via the same insured method.

Can you repair under manufacturer warranty?

No, this is independent service. For warranty claims, use the OEM network.

Do you sell parts over the counter?

We are happy to supply parts as well. We hold a small inventory of donor projectors in key products series from all major manufacturers; please reach out with specific parts inquiries at hello@stradevents.com.

How do you handle freight?

We can generate insured LTL labels, arrange pickup, and provide packing guidance or cases. For big lots or tricky access, ask about on-site removal.

What if you can’t source a part?

We’ll quote alternatives (factory modules, refurbished assemblies, or buy-out options if you prefer to sell the unit instead). Sell this unit instead.
