How we Determine Your Offer

We price each deal using recent market comps and the specifics of your lot. Key factors:

• Models and quantities

• Hours/condition and repair scope (parts/labor)

• Completeness (lenses, amps, cases, controllers)

• Location, access, and any decommissioning required

• Timeline and current demand

Quote Terms

• Includes logistics assumptions (local pickup or insured freight).

• Valid for a short window (e.g., 7–10 days) unless otherwise stated.

• Subject to visual inspection on pickup/receipt.

How You Get Paid

We pay fast and keep it simple.

• On-site pickups: payment is initiated before departure, and we provide bank confirmation on-site.

• Remote purchases: payment is sent within 1 business day after the shipment arrives and is verified at our warehouse.

• Methods: bank wire or ACH; Zelle when eligible; PayPal by request (fees may apply).
  
  

Note: Bank cut-off times, weekends, and holidays can push settlement to the next business day.

What We Do Accept

Working

Normal wear, demo/low-hour or high-hour units. Complete kits preferred but not required.

Needs Repair / For Parts

Power, image, or audio faults; missing or damaged components; units used as donors for mechanical/optical parts. We evaluate repairability and part-out value.

Incomplete / Donor

Units missing internal components, body panels, amplifiers or controllers are acceptable; offer is adjusted for what’s included.

What We Typically Can't Accept

Items with removed/defaced serials, suspected stolen goods, severe fire/corrosion damage, or unsafe contamination. (Edge cases reviewed individually.)

Photo Checklist to Maximize Your Offer

• Front/back and a 3/4 angle of each unit
  
  

• Model and serial labels (clear close-ups)
  
  

• Hour meters / usage counts (if available)
  
  

• Known issues noted (e.g., “won’t power,” “green tint,” “HF driver out”)
  
  

• Accessories included (lenses, amps, cases, controllers)
  
  

• Pallet/packaging photo if already packed

Local Pickups (WI/IL, Chicago area)

• Typical scheduling: 2–7 business days.
  
  

• Payment initiated before departure (bank confirmation provided).
  
  

• Preferred access: ground level, dock, or freight elevator.

Nationwide Freight (Contiguous U.S.)

• Palletized LTL for multi-item/heavy gear; liftgate/appointment/hold-at-terminal available.
  
  

• We dispatch the carrier and provide labels; insurance included (declared value).
  
  

• Status updates and proof of pickup provided.

Small Parcel / Ground

• For single smaller units (e.g., ~7k-lumen projectors) outside our local area, we provide prepaid labels and packing guidance or a shipping kit.

On-Site Removal (In-Person)

• Used when deal size is ~$10k+, access is complex, or the location is on a planned metro route (e.g., NYC/LA/SF/CHI).
  
  

• Consolidated route pickups may extend lead time; payment is still initiated on-site.

International

• We purchase worldwide. We handle commercial invoices, HS codes, and brokerage coordination. Transit method: air or LTL/air cargo, case-by-case.

Packaging Standards

• Double-wall cartons or flight cases; lens caps/foam restraints; corner/edge protectors.
  
  

• Palletize heavy items; band + stretch-wrap; add “Do Not Stack” cones as needed.
  
  

• Photos of packed items requested prior to dispatch.

Insurance & Claims

• Shipments are insured. If damage occurs, we manage the carrier claim; seller cooperation (photos, packaging retention) may be required.

Information Needed to Schedule

• Pickup address/contact/hours, access notes (dock, liftgate, stairs), item list with approx. weights/dimensions, and current photos.
