Condition We Accept
We accept used pro audio gear in a wide range of conditions. Our in-house technical team handles testing, cleaning, and repairs — so don't count out equipment that's been sitting in storage or a ceiling grid for years.
Working Units
Fully operational used audio equipment in good cosmetic and functional condition. These command the highest offers and move the fastest through our remarketing channels.
Needs Service
Used units with minor issues — driver replacements, firmware updates, cosmetic wear, or intermittent faults. We repair and refurbish in-house and factor service costs into our offer.
As-Is / Unknown
Pre-owned equipment that hasn't been powered on in a while or has known faults. We'll still evaluate it. Many "dead" units have recoverable value in parts or can be brought back to life through our refurbishment process.
