What Happens After You Submit

A short message is enough to start. We will review the gear, ask for anything missing, and point you toward the right next step.

Step 1

We review the gear list

Brand, model, quantity, condition, and location tell us whether consignment, buyout, sourcing, or a different path makes sense.

Step 2

We ask for details if needed

Photos, serials, hours, accessories, cases, or pickup constraints may help us quote more accurately.

Step 3

We recommend next steps

You will hear whether consignment, direct buyout, freight planning, or sourcing follow-up is the better fit.

Common Questions

Here are answers to the questions we get most.

What should I include in a quote request?

Send the brand, model, quantity, condition, location, timeline, and any accessories, cases, lenses, rigging, or cables included. Photos help, but a basic list is enough to start.

Can I send photos after submitting?

Yes. You can attach up to 8 photos or an inventory file directly in the form. If you have more than that, send what fits and we will reply with the best way to share the rest.

What types of equipment do you buy?

We specialize in large-venue projectors, professional audio systems, LED video wall systems, consoles, amplifiers, lenses, cases, signal gear, and other professional AV equipment.

How quickly will I get paid if I sell gear to you?

Once your gear is received, inspected, and approved for outright purchase, payment is handled promptly. No waiting on checks, no slow ACH holds.

What's the difference between selling and consigning?

When we buy your gear outright, you get paid immediately at a fixed price. Consignment means we sell it on your behalf and split the proceeds. It can yield higher recovery, but on a longer timeline. We'll recommend the best path based on your equipment and situation.

Do you handle shipping or freight?

We handle insured freight nationwide for purchases, buyouts, and consignment logistics. Local pickup or limited Milwaukee-area support may be available by appointment.
