On-Site Assessment

I come to you. I personally conduct a physical assessment of your inventory at your facility, documenting condition, serial numbers, and estimated fair market value. You receive a written valuation report, not a verbal estimate.

Step 2

Logistics and Freight

We coordinate pickup and freight, including packing guidance and hands-on assistance for larger engagements. Equipment is insured in transit. You do not manage carriers or crating.

Step 3

Managed Sale

Your inventory enters our active sales pipeline, listed through our e-commerce shop, eBay presence, and established buyer network. We handle all inquiries and negotiations.

Sales Reporting

You receive regular updates showing what has sold, at what price, and what remains. Your procurement and finance teams have visibility throughout the process, not just at the end.

Settlement and Documentation

Proceeds are settled per our consignment agreement as items sell. Every transaction closes with a complete, itemized record including serialized items, agreed terms, fees, and sale prices, designed to support internal closeout and financial reporting.

It depends on the category and condition of the gear. Mainstream projectors and common audio products can move within a few weeks. Specialty or high-value items sometimes take longer to match with the right buyer. We discuss realistic timelines before any agreement and are upfront if something may sit. We are patient and our incentives are aligned with getting things sold, not just moved.

Consignment agreements can include an end-of-term buyout price, so you are not left with unsold gear indefinitely. We discuss this upfront and build it into the agreement when it makes sense for both sides.

Yes. NDAs are available for sensitive dispositions, particularly when you need to protect your organization's identity or keep the transaction confidential. As part of our standard consignment service, we also remove seller logos and brand markings from listings so your organization's name does not appear in the market.

We coordinate the carriers and logistics on our end. We provide packing guidance at minimum and hands-on packing assistance for larger engagements. Equipment is insured in transit. You do not need to source your own freight or figure out how to move a line array across the country.

Yes. Mixed condition lots are normal for us. We assess each item individually during the on-site visit and set pricing accordingly. You do not need to pre-sort, test, or repair anything before we arrive.
